Doing the Advocare 24-Day Challenge brah!
What is that you ask? A 10-day cleanse followed by a 14-day “max phase” which basically means eat like a bird take supps drink shakes run every day and make it to pilates.
So far it’s really easy compared to other cleanses I’ve done in the past, in that I can actually eat real food and when I poop it’s glorious. I’ll keep you posted if that changes for the worse or if I get sick of the 8-10 servings of fruits & vegs daily. Doubtful, since I eat that shit all the time because I like clothes better than food and produce is cheap.
